Phillies ticket prices will rise for the 2009 season. Every single ticket will raise at least $2 except for SRO tickets ($13) and the cheapest tickets that were $16.
For example, tickets from Sections 115 to 132, in very high demand because they are located in the lower bowl close to the infield, have increased from $50 to $60 for single-game tickets and $44 to $50 for season tickets. Increases in other parts of the ballpark, based on ticket information at Phillies.com and in the team's 2008 media guide, are in the $1 to $3 range. Prices for standing-room tickets ($13) and some of the next-cheapest seats ($16) remain unchanged.Phillies to raise some ticket prices. [Philly Inquirer]
It's understandable because there will be more demand to see the Phillies team next season. The raise isn't entirely drastic and the seats will still be filled. Last year, I had tickets in the pavillion section and they went from $25-27, but next year they will be from $27-30.
Here is the seating and pricing chart for 2009.

Good, I was worried I might save some money next year!!!
This worried me that it's going to get harder to get tickets next season. I want to go to a lot of games (more than 7) and hopefully the band wagoners won't prevent that.
It won't be the bandwagoners, it'll be the scalpers.
Fuck, as long as the tickets are sold and the Phillies use their increased payroll to continue to have a good team...whatever.
