Everyone was thinking it, everyone. When the Flyers went down 3-1 the feeling of de'je'vu set in, "Oh no here we go again", and even more so when Montreal killed a 5 on 3 power play for the Flyers. Once that power play was killed all momentum the Flyers could have had shifted violently to the Canadiens. That is until Mike Richards scored at 14:02 of the second, and that quickly everything changed. At 17:00 of the second the Flyers were up 4-3. Luckily for Montreal the period was over a few minutes later.
2:13 into the 3rd Andrei Kostitsyn tied the game. Then the feeling of de'je'vu returned as we all were awaiting what looked to be a very possible OT. Then it happened. Scottie Upshall deflected a shot from the Blue line from Carter, and Knuble put it away with an empty netter.
