According to the Daily News,
The Eagles had Cal WR DeSean Jackson in town today for a workout and interviews. DeSean Jackson could be a valuable returnman, but in no way is he worth the Eagles first round pick. He is not the type of WR that the Eagles need right now. He is barely 5'9" and he is 169 pounds. He doesn't run very good routes and I just don't see him being effective in the offense. He is more suited for a team just looking to add a burner as a 4th WR, but for a team with an already establish #1 WR.
If somehow Jackson slips to the second round, he may be worth a look for the Eagles as a valuable returnman. Eagles should be looking at WRs Devin Thomas from Michigan State and James Hardy from Indiana with either of their first two picks if they decide to go with the Wide Receiver position. However, I think the Eagles fill the more obvious need and draft O-Line or D-End. Safety Kenny Phillips is another possibility.
